Changing the time of holding the third period of CTF competitions

Dear participants, due to the holding of several international CTF competitions at the same time as the third round of Razi University's Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions, the dates of the competitions have been changed from 24 and 25 of October 2020 to 26 and 27of October 2020.
